The program curriculum is designed and delivered by experts in the international construction field and allows working professionals the ultimate flexibility to complete an advanced construction management degree part-time. There are 10 required courses with topics in four main areas:
Optional Residency | New York
We offer the New York Immersion Week, giving students the chance to engage with business leaders, learn about emerging trends, and explore New York City. The optional annual residency brings students to New York City for five remarkable days full of meetings with esteemed leaders and faculty. The goal is to help students build lasting connections and become pioneering leaders of tomorrow’s business world.
Entry requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of engineering/construction industry-related industry experience, or 3 years of unrelated industry experience.
- This program is taught in English. Applicants from programs where English is not the language of instruction must submit proof of proficiency by passing either IELTS, TOEFL iBT, or Duolingo English Test with the minimum scores respectively of 6.5, 80, and 115.

The total estimated cost of tuition for the program is $15,750 USD. This can be paid in full or in installments.
