If you’re not ready to commit to a 2-year master’s program, explore our 100% online Data Science (Fundamentals) Certificate. Students can complete the program in just 6 months, and the nine credits you’ll earn can be applied toward the University’s online MS in Data Science1. Students will master a combination of technical, analytical, and soft skills, such as the foundations of programming, a theoretical framework for understanding how data can be analyzed, modeled, and interpreted, and data science applications for analyzing data sets from multiple lenses.

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Official transcripts showing a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- You do not need a bachelor’s degree if you are applying to a certificate program.
- This program is taught in English. Applicants from programs where English is not the language of instruction must submit proof of proficiency by passing either the IELTS, TOEFL iBT, or Duolingo English Test, with minimum scores of 6.5, 80, and 115, respectively.
Tuition Costs
The total estimated cost of tuition for the Masters program is $15,750 and $4,200 for the Certificate. This can be paid in full or in installments.
